Global Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Payroll Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing Brazil payroll for employees in the Deel platform, managing workflow to ensure timely and accurate processing, and serving as the main point of contact for the Deel payroll team.
As a Global Payroll Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple systems, including ADP Workforce Now, HiBob, Slack, Jira, and Jibble. You will also have exposure to Sao Paulo Union agreements and Brazilian labor laws, which will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively with team members and other stakeholders.
