**What we expect from you**:
- Supports the Latin America Operating Unit Strategic Communications Director in the creation, development and implementation of corporate communications strategies and campaigns.
- Supports relationships with key media contacts and regional influencers (at Latin America level and with the Operations); maps and tracks media outlets and contacts, including digital and social media.
- Leads communications agencies and supports the operations on media management, content development, tracking and measurement.
- Coordinate with global communications teams, Latin America regional and country teams, bottling partners and other functions to ensure consistency of messaging.
- Provides strategic leadership to the Bottler´s Communications Teams focused to enhance our business reputation, further our growth and maximize our joint influence in our business environment.
- Goals and/or strategies focus on both short-term and mid-term priorities, leveraging data and insights.
- Leads an integrated approach to the development and implementation of external communications plans. Manages and improves media relations (including digital and social media) and influencers.
- The role is primarily focused on external communications and involves influencing and coordinating with others.
- The role often includes working with external parties who have differing or opposing interests.
**Required Qualifications**:
- 12-15 years of relevant experience in Communications, Public Affairs, Public Policy, Journalism, Media relations and Crisis Communications
- Digital and Social Media
- Experience with Influencers is preferred
- Key Knowledge requirements - Mastery of: Corporate Communications, Storytelling Skills, Medias Relations, Leadership Communications, Project Management.
- Broad Experience in: Digital Communications, Business Communications, Sustainability Communications, Brand Communications, Marketing.
- Mandatory Languages: English, Spanish and Portuguese.
