Overseas Asset Management Professional
This role involves the management of the company's overseas IT assets and consumables. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and implementing an effective asset management system from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:
* Pull together information on relevant parties both within and outside the company to establish a comprehensive asset management mechanism.
* Manage the full lifecycle of overseas IT assets, including procurement, inventory management, tracking, acceptance, storage, allocation, scrapping, and after-sales maintenance.
* Develop and optimize asset management processes in line with business growth and development.
* Collaborate with procurement teams to explore innovative supply models and formulate tailored plans to meet business needs.
* Communicate with various system teams to ensure seamless integration of overseas business operations within the company's internal systems.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher; at least 5 years of work experience, preferably in fixed asset management within large enterprises.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, the ability to understand complex supply chains, and a deep understanding of business operations. They should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
