We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team, who will be responsible for handling new product development, investigating in-process and customer claims, supporting process requirements and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Investigate and prepare customer claim, field claim and in-process problem report
* Issue Abnormality Treatment Report on customer claim and route it to the related section for information
* Record the customer claim on the Customer Claim Database and monitor the claim board daily, reporting to Management
* Coordinate meetings with the in-charge section for claim investigation
* Prepare Parts Investigation Report and support request
* Verify claims and process situations on the customer side
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Graduate of Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
* Proficient in the use of MS Office applications
* Above average communication, organization, presentation, and interpersonal skills
