Job Description:
As an IT Support Analyst, you will provide remote computer and IT system support for employees. This role requires excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate has a process-oriented mindset, can work independently and as part of a larger team, and is knowledgeable about various technologies.
This includes analyzing issues and formulating solutions, troubleshooting system, application, and hardware issues, and consistently updating the ticket tracking system with status and fixes.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to properly escalate issues to necessary parties when required.
* Associate's Degree student preferably in Information Systems or equivalent program, or proven track record of IT experience required
* Desired qualifications include knowledge delivering IT solutions within a corporate environment, experience working in a mixed Mac and Windows environment, and experience supporting A/V environments
