It focuses on cutting‑edge design and technology in the production and sales of passenger vehicles.ResponsibilitiesMonitor daily performance of vehicle transport companies, supporting Sales and dealer network operations.Manage dealer complaints related to damages and payments, including root‑cause analysis.Control logistics cost payments in alignment with Finance.Prepare and analyze logistics KPIs and operational reports (deliveries, damages, costs, service levels).Act as the main interface between Logistics, Sales, Finance, and transport providers.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost, service level, and dealer satisfaction.Own and track OTIF and damage rate targets.RequirementsMinimum of 5 years’ experience in logistics operations, preferably in vehicle distribution.Knowledge of SAP (MM/SD).Strong Excel skills and experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.Hands‑on experience managing vehicle transport companies.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields (MBA/postgraduate is a plus).Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive and independent profile.Advanced English.Location and work-mode:100% on‑site in Morumbi region (Rochaverá building in front of Shopping Morumbi).
