About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead strategic ServiceNow initiatives as a senior project manager. You will act as a liaison between U.S. stakeholders and nearshore development teams, driving full lifecycle implementations of the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise between U.S. stakeholders and nearshore ServiceNow development team.
* Manage project timelines, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.
* Analyze business needs and translate them into ServiceNow configuration and process improvements.
Required Qualifications:
* Proven track record in end-to-end implementations.
* Strong experience in project management and team leadership.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English (C1+ level).
This is a remote opportunity offering a chance to work globally and lead strategic ServiceNow projects. Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) or other HR modules within ServiceNow is a bonus.
