Activities:
* Import Cost Management & Financial Control: Monitor, validate, audit, and govern all import and export–related costs across LATAM, ensuring accurate invoice approval, proper cost allocation in Oracle ERP (G/L), compliance with negotiated rates and SLAs, and prevention of billing discrepancies, overcharges, and financial inconsistencies.
* Cost Analysis & Data Management : Maintain and manage regional cost data while performing detailed import cost breakdowns and analyses to identify savings opportunities, efficiency gains, and risk areas, supported by KPI development and performance dashboards using Power BI and advanced Excel.
* Regional Interface & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary regional point of contact for Foreign Trade teams across LATAM, partnering with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Tax, and Compliance to support rate negotiations, contract renewals, and ensure standardized cost control practices across countries.
* Compliance, Audit & Process Improvement: Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations, local customs requirements, internal policies, and contracts, while supporting audits and leading continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, standardization, cost transparency, and governance best practices.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
* Advanced knowledge of trade compliance regulations, Incoterms, HS codes, and customs procedures across Latin America.
* Certifications in Supply Chain, Foreign Trade, Power BI, SAP, Oracle, or Finance are a plus.
* Solid experience in foreign trade cost control, logistics finance, or international operations auditing.
* Experience in multinational environments, preferably across Latin America.
* Familiarity with customs compliance, international trade regulations, and documentation (BL, AWB, invoices, packing lists, certificates).
* Strong knowledge of Incoterms, international freight costs, logistics charges, and customs expenses.
* Experience in invoice auditing, financial control, and contract compliance.
* Strong communication skills to interact with multi-country teams.
* Excellent administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
* Advanced knowledge of SAP, Oracle or similar ERP systems.
* Advanced English and Spanish.
* Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; proactive and self-motivated.
