As a Dental Insurance Posting Agent, you’ll be at the core of our revenue cycle operations. You’ll ensure that every insurance payment, adjustment, and denial is posted accurately and reconciled promptly, helping protect the financial health of our organization while supporting a smooth experience for patients and providers. Every payment you apply, every discrepancy you investigate, and every balance you resolve directly impacts cash flow, reporting accuracy, and overall client satisfaction.

Objectives:


* Review, generate, and explain patient statements, invoices, and outstanding balances
* Communicate with patients via phone, email, or portal to address billing questions, payment plans, and disputes
* Post patient payments accurately (credit cards, checks, EFTs) and reconcile accounts
* Verify insurance payments and apply adjustments, co-pays, deductibles, and write-offs as appropriate
* Collaborate with insurance billing and posting teams to ensure balances are accurate and up to date
* Identify and resolve billing discrepancies or misapplied payments
* Set up and monitor patient payment plans in accordance with office policies
* Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in the practice management system
* Ensure compliance with HIPAA and internal billing procedures
* Provide professional, empathetic service to patients, including handling escalated or sensitive billing concerns


Competencies:

* Prior experience in dental billing, patient accounts, or dental revenue cycle management
* Working knowledge of dental insurance plans, EOBs, co-insurance, deductibles, and coordination of benefits
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset
* High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
* Ability to manage high call volume and multiple accounts simultaneously
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Full English proficiency
* Proficiency with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar)
* Ability to pass job-specific assessments

What you can expect from a career with our team!

* Overall compensation = INR 272.13 = USD $3.00 per hour based on experience
* Schedule: 8 hours per day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST
* Commitment: Full-time, 40+ hours per week
* Work Setup: Fully remote position
