Social Media Community Manager
Please note that social media posting and content creation are not part of your responsibilities. You will be responsible for moderating community interactions on Discord, Telegram, Facebook chats, and comments. This includes responding to community members in a timely manner.
As a moderator, you will also be tasked with answering questions, providing recommendations, and explaining the usage of our platform to new members. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating all user-generated content, including text messages, comments, images, videos, and audio. This will also involve managing banned users and ensuring they do not return to the platform.
You will need to start conversations to encourage more member engagement and learn about the project's details to effectively communicate them to the community. Your role also requires staying up-to-date on different initiatives and updates so you can answer any questions from community members.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a passion for video games, as well as excellent knowledge of the NFT and Crypto industry. You must also possess written English skills at a B2/C1 level and have very good communication skills. Problem-solving abilities and fast typing speed are also necessary. Minimum 6 months of experience as a Social Media Moderator/Admin is required.
