Remote Salesforce Administrator Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team in a full-time, remote position. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator in enterprise-level environments and a strong understanding of CRM principles and Salesforce best practices.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the ongoing development, configuration, and management of the Salesforce platform across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service functions. This includes designing and implementing automated processes using Flow, Process Builder, and approval workflows, as well as ensuring data integrity through regular audits, cleansing, validation rules, and backups.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
* Design and implement automated processes using Flow, Process Builder, and approval workflows.
* Develop and enforce efficient data entry, tracking, and reporting practices.
* Ensure data integrity through regular audits, cleansing, validation rules, and backups.
* Oversee data imports and exports as well as manage integrations with tools, such as Marketo, Salesloft, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
* Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support strategic decision-making.
* Translate data into actionable business insights to optimize the sales lifecycle and marketing performance.
* Lead Salesforce-related projects, monitor milestones, and ensure timely, effective delivery.
* Provide support, training, and documentation to users across varying skill levels.
* Promote user adoption through intuitive configurations and responsive troubleshooting.
* Customize and maintain Salesforce, including custom objects, fields, workflows, page layouts, validation rules, and Flows.
* Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets to ensure proper access and data security.
* Ensure platform performance through upgrades, patches, and best practices implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
* At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in enterprise-level environments.
* Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud setup and configuration.
* Strong understanding of CRM principles and Salesforce best practices.
* Advanced experience in Salesforce Flow development, reporting, and dashboard creation.
* Experience with integration tools and third-party platforms.
* Ability to design and test new features and customizations independently.
* Certification in at least one of the following: Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
