Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Design Strategist to lead the development of innovative, user-centered design solutions for our web-based SaaS products. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and intuitive experiences that drive business results.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Develop user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs that meet business objectives and user needs.
* Collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape features from concept to delivery.
* Analyze data and customer feedback to inform design decisions and drive continuous improvement.
* Maintain and evolve design systems and UI components to ensure consistency and efficiency across the platform.
* Incorporate feedback and iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment.
* Support marketing initiatives when needed, including visual assets and design for marketing content.
* Nice to Have:
* Graphic design skills, especially to support marketing content and visual assets.
* Experience working with early-stage or fast-growing startups.
* Familiarity with design systems and accessibility best practices.
* Experience collaborating in remote, distributed teams.
