This role focuses on identifying high-potential creators, conducting professional outreach, managing onboarding, and supporting talent relationship development. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about social media, creator partnerships, and talent development.Key Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and recruit influencers and digital creators across major social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, Kick, and emerging platforms
- Conduct professional outreach through social media platforms, email communication, and networking tools
- Manage the onboarding process for new creators, including agreements, internal documentation, and profile setup
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with creators through consistent communication
- Maintain accurate internal databases, including talent rosters, creator profiles, and recruitment pipelines
- Research social media trends and identify emerging creators with strong growth potential
- Collaborate with Talent and Sales teams to support campaign opportunities and roster growth
- Track recruitment activity, outreach performance, and talent acquisition metrics
- Provide weekly recruitment reports and progress updates
- Support general talent operations and recruitment initiatives as neededSkills and Qualifications
- Native or fluent English proficiency (written and verbal) is required
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Interest in influencer marketing, talent management, recruiting, or digital media
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with Google Sheets, Excel, CRM systems, or outreach tools is preferred
- Previous experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, or influencer marketing is a plusCompensation
- Base compensation of 1,000 USD per month
