About the Role
This role involves overseeing a team of designers who assemble websites from content, photos, and structured data. Your responsibility will be to inspect work daily for excellence, catch weak logos, amateur photo crops, and layouts that bury CTAs, coach your team to elevate their taste and quality standards, and execute when needed: create and refine logos, fix layouts, improve visual hierarchy yourself.
