Project Leadership Position
A seasoned project manager with expertise in IT project management, Agile Scrum methodologies and application software development is required for this role.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and strategic business outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage project teams composed of technical architects, developers, QA professionals and business analysts to deliver high-quality results.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban to drive project efficiency and effectiveness.
* Develop and implement strategies for effective change management, risk analysis and quality assurance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or business administration.
* At least 8 years of experience in IT project management preferably in Agile Scrum environments.
* Familiarity with Microsoft DevOps and Agile metrics.
* Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
