About the Role
This position involves identifying and assessing profiles, both technical and non-technical, to find the best fit for our clients' needs. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing candidate information, contacting potential candidates via phone or email, scheduling interviews, and updating records.
Main Responsibilities
* Review candidate profiles to determine their suitability for the role
* Contact candidates via phone or email to validate their interest and motivation
* Schedule internal interviews, send invitations, and update records
* Interview candidates to assess their qualifications and experience
* Schedule and confirm technical interviews
* Follow up with candidates throughout the process
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in recruiting roles
* Excellent communication skills, including listening and persuasion
* Strong time management and organization skills
* Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances
* Experience in online sales techniques is a plus
* Knowledge of the IT industry is a plus
* Advanced English language proficiency
