Job Details

* Work Model: Presencial
* Working Hours: Comercial hours. Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 12:00, 14:00 – 18:00; Saturday: 08:00 – 12:00
Mission of the Role
Provide support in post-sales activities at MCM, ensuring good customer relationships, addressing their needs, and offering effective solutions for customer satisfaction. Also, monitor administrative and operational processes related to the services provided.

Qualifications
* Complete High School Education.
* Desirable technical or higher education in Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
Knowledge and Skills
* Basic understanding of post-sales processes and customer service.
* Basic knowledge of management systems (ERP) and MS Office, especially Excel.
Behavioral Competencies
* Efficiently organize information, documents, and processes.
* Quickly identify demands and provide prompt solutions.
* Understand customer needs and work towards optimal fulfillment.
Experience
* Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in administrative activities, customer service, or related post-sales areas.
* Assist in managing and monitoring post-sales services, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards.
* Help organize and update documents related to post-sales services, such as work orders, reports, and warranty records.
* Assist in controlling and supplying parts and products for post-sales services.
