About the Role:
* The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize customer segmentation models using clustering algorithms such as k-means, DBSCAN, and hierarchical clustering.
* This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and engineering to build buying group frameworks that enhance personalization and campaign performance.
* Responsibilities include integrating advanced models into Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) like Segment, Adobe Experience Platform, or Salesforce CDP.
* Applying advanced analytics and machine learning to solve complex problems related to customer behavior, churn prediction, lookalike modeling, and RFM analysis is also key to this position.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of data science projects from ideation through deployment and performance monitoring.
