Job Title: Account Manager
We specialize in building high-converting Shopify pages for eCommerce brands. Our goal is to help these brands convert users into loyal customers faster, increasing sales conversions and lowering ad spend.
The primary contact for our clients will be the Account Manager, who will manage their needs and ensure seamless communication between them and our design/development team.
This role is responsible for driving projects forward, maintaining timelines, and keeping all stakeholders informed. Ensuring client satisfaction and successful project delivery relies on this position.
A key aspect of this job is handling minor updates to client websites using low-code tools such as Replo.
Main Responsibilities:
* Build strong relationships with clients and serve as their main point of contact.
* Communicate client needs and expectations clearly to the design and development teams.
* Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery of tasks and updates.
* Proactively resolve issues, anticipate client needs, and address concerns promptly.
* Regularly update clients on the status of their projects, keeping them informed and confident.
* Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth workflow and task prioritization.
* Use tools like Slack, Clickup, Microsoft Office & Google Sheets to manage communication, track progress, and organize tasks.
* Occasionally make minor updates to client pages using low-code tools like Replo (training can be provided).
* Ensure all communication is professional, timely, and aligned with our standards.
Necessary Skills & Qualifications:
* At least 2 years of experience in account management, client-facing roles, or project coordination (preferred, but flexible).
* Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Sheets, Slack, and Clickup (preferred).
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a professional tone.
* Knowledge of low-code or no-code tools such as Replo, Webflow, or Framer is a plus.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
* High attention to detail and ability to ensure project deadlines are consistently met.
