Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions, working closely with product and engineering teams, and maintaining the highest standards of usability and visual consistency across our SaaS platform.
This is a part-time (20h/week), ongoing role, ideal for someone who enjoys flexibility, autonomy, and a hands-on mindset.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web-based SaaS products.
* Improve usability and visual consistency across the platform.
* Collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape features from concept to delivery.
* Apply UX thinking to simplify complex, data-heavy or financial interfaces.
* Maintain and evolve design systems and UI components.
* Incorporate feedback and iterate quickly in a fast-moving environment.
* Support marketing initiatives when needed, including visual assets and design for marketing content.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer working on SaaS products.
* Strong preference for experience in fintech, finance, or data-heavy platforms.
* Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design.
* Strong visual design skills with high attention to detail.
* Advanced proficiency in Figma.
* Ability to communicate design decisions clearly in English.
* Comfortable working independently and managing priorities in a part-time setup.
