Role Overview
Department: Product & Design
Reports to: Head of Agency / COO
As a Senior Product Designer, you will drive the design vision and execution across company’s core products - including data intelligence dashboards, branded microsites, and automated reporting suite. You’ll craft elegant, customer-centric experiences and produce compelling corporate and product visuals that reflect Company’s next stage of growth.
Working closely with engineers, marketers, clients, and leadership, you’ll shape the overall product experience, evolve a best-in-class design system, and ensure a consistent, refined aesthetic across every digital touch-point.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead end-to-end product design — from user research and concepting to prototyping, testing, and final UI delivery.
● Design high-fidelity interfaces in Figma, ensuring usability, scalability, and alignment with the Company’s design system.
● Measure, test, and learn from pixel-perfect prototypes.
● Develop visually striking layouts and creative assets in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects).
● Collaborate with engineering to translate design into production-ready components.
● Maintain and evolve the Company design system (colors, typography, components, states).
● Lead creative agency output - be the final point of review for best-in-class design.
● Produce marketing and platform visuals (dashboards, microsites, campaign mockups).
● Conduct user testing and translate insights into iterative design improvements.
● Advocate for user-centric design thinking across the organization.
Key Skills & Tools
Design & Prototyping
● Figma (advanced): Auto-layout, component libraries, interactive prototypes, design systems
● Adobe Creative Suite (advanced): Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
UI/UX Expertise
● Data visualization and dashboard interface design
● Responsive web and mobile-first design principles
● Accessibility and usability best practices
Bonus Experience
● Experience working in a fast paced and respected creative/ad agency
● Familiarity with Tailwind, Mantine UI, or other React design systems
● Experience with motion design and microinteractions
● Knowledge of brand identity and marketing design workflows
● Understanding of SaaS, analytics, or mobility-tech products
