 
        
        Job Description:
We seek a highly skilled IT service management expert to lead development and enhancement of our ServiceNow platform.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions including CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
This position requires strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Integrations as well as proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting.
The ideal candidate will also possess experience with automation and DevOps practices, familiarity with continuous integration (CI/CD), code versioning tools such as Git, and Agile principles.
 * Key Responsibilities:
 * Design, develop, and implement complex ServiceNow solutions
 * Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
 * Lead development of integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems
 * Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
 * Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues
Required Skills and Qualifications:
 * Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
 * Experience: 5-7 years of ServiceNow development experience with a focus on ITOM
 * Skills: Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Integrations
 * Proficiency: Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting
