Job Summary:
A Client Success Manager is responsible for building strong relationships with agency clients across multiple industries, including healthcare and wellness.
This role requires a unique blend of client communication, data analysis, and coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless execution from onboarding to ongoing optimization.
Daily Client Communication
* The primary point of contact for each clinic client will be responsive to their needs, providing regular updates on campaign performance and future plans.
* Clear and proactive communication will help build trust with clients, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout their relationship with the agency.
Client Onboarding
* New clients will receive dedicated support during setup, ensuring all necessary tracking and campaign configurations are in place.
* Clear expectations will be established around timelines, deliverables, and what constitutes strong performance, setting both parties up for success.
Monitor & Troubleshoot Campaigns
* Daily review of ad and funnel performance will track key metrics such as CPL, leads generated, bookings, show rate, and conversion rate.
* Potential issues will be identified early, with actionable fixes suggested to address drops or anomalies in campaign performance.
Coordinate with Delivery Teams
* Finding and improvement plans will be effectively communicated to relevant team members, ensuring changes are executed efficiently.
* Bridge the gap between performance data and hands-on execution, driving meaningful results for clients.
Key Performance Indicators:
* Client performance metrics (leads, bookings, show %, close %).
* Client satisfaction, retention, and renewal rates.
* Proactive, fast communication and problem-solving.
* Strategic understanding of marketing and sales processes, connecting data insights to business outcomes.
Requirements:
