A Gomes de Matos Consultoria is seeking a professional to act as Gerente Financeiro in one of its client companies.
The company is located in downtown Fortaleza/CE and is recognized in the credit payroll market for the quality of its products and commercial partnerships.
Responsibilities and duties
1. Control and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow;
2. Analyze and validate financial reports (DRE, DFC, delinquency, aging, etc.) and present insights and recommendations to management for strategic and tactical decision-making;
3. Monitor and optimize production funnel indicators of the Price system, ensuring accurate data entry into the financial system;
4. Supervise accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring deadlines are met, commitments are predictable, and resources are allocated efficiently;
5. Develop and implement strategies to reduce delinquency, establishing effective collection policies;
6. Ensure periodic bank reconciliations of all company accounts;
7. Negotiate directly with financial institutions to obtain better rates and conditions, maintaining strategic relationships with banking partners;
8. Plan and monitor the financial area's budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control, with periodic reviews for adjustments.
Requirements and qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Administration, Financial Management, Accounting, or related fields, with completed postgraduate studies in the area;
* Experience in the field and team leadership is required.
Technical skills
* Cash flow management;
* Analysis of DRE, DFC, and financial reports;
* Bank reconciliation;
* Bank negotiation and credit management;
* Budget management and cost control;
* Advanced Excel skills;
* Analysis of financial KPIs.
Additional information
The company offers a salary of R$10,000.00 (Regime PJ) + Expense allowance.
Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.
