About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Java Developer to join our growing engineering team. As a core member of our development group, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting, high-stakes projects that push the boundaries of technology. From designing scalable applications to optimizing existing systems, you’ll play a critical role in developing custom software solutions that help our clients achieve their most ambitious goals.

Responsibilities
Design and develop high-performance, low-latency Java microservices
Contribute throughout the entire software development lifecycle
Ensure clean code practices: TDD, performance, and security
Collaborate with distributed technical teams and participate in architecture reviews
Support automation of testing, deployment, and monitoring processes
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a backend developer
Strong proficiency in Java and Spring/Spring Boot
Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and relational databases (SQL, JPA/Hibernate)
Familiarity with version control tools (Git)
Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams
Nice to Have
Experience with Docker and cloud deployments (preferably AWS)
Knowledge of NoSQL databases
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
Experience in financial industry projects
Understanding of event-driven architectures or messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
