About the client: The client is a growing food brand focused on expanding its online presence, especially on Instagram and Facebook. The business operates through food truck events, catering services, and meal prep offerings, with a strong focus on building a local, community-driven brand. About the role: The client is looking for a creative and reliable Remote Social Media & Content Coordinator to help manage and grow its social media presence. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, customer engagement, and supporting brand growth through consistent and engaging online communication. Key responsibilities: Create and schedule content for Instagram and Facebook. Manage stories, reels, posts, and daily social media engagement. Respond to messages and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Promote food truck locations, catering services, meal prep, and special events. Support content planning and contribute marketing ideas. Help maintain a consistent brand image, and posting schedule. Monitor social media trends and engagement performance Qualifications: Fluent English. Experience managing Instagram and Facebook business pages. Strong communication and organizational skills. Basic graphic design skills and/or Canva experience preferred. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Photography and/or video editing experience is a plus.
