Business Analysis and Quality Assurance Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support the analysis, testing, and delivery of enhancements on our ServiceNow platform. This hybrid role requires collaboration with various teams and stakeholders, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Elicit, Analyze, and Document Business Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and process improvements.
* Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Assist in defining acceptance criteria and support UAT activities.
* Develop and Execute Test Cases: Develop, execute, and maintain test cases and scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
* Identify and Track Defects: Identify, document, and track defects; work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
* Support Training and Communication Efforts: Support training and communication efforts related to new or updated ServiceNow functionality.
* Maintain Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation for both business requirements and testing activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* ServiceNow Experience: 2-3 years of combined business analysis and quality assurance experience with ServiceNow (ITSM / ITOM modules preferred).
* Automated Test Framework (ATF) Experience: Experience using ATF and/or other tools for test automation.
* Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Knowledge: Understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and business analysis best practices.
* Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
