We are seeking a skilled Clinical Manager to lead our Central Nervous System (CNS) team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for administering assessments to participants in clinical trials and evaluating the quality of assessments performed by others.
About the Role
This is a home-based position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable managing conflicting priorities.
Responsibilities
* Review scales administered by raters in a clinical trial to ensure standardized methodology and data reliability.
* Evaluate assessment quality, conduct live interactions with raters to discuss methodology and scoring technique, and provide guidance as needed.
* Evaluate case data and prepare for discussions with raters.
* Complete rater interactions and assigned tasks as scheduled.
* Submit all documentation associated with assigned tasks in a timely manner.
* Participate in orientation, training, and calibration activities as required.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, or Social Work, or equivalent.
* A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience working with CNS trials, preferably with related psychiatric populations and experience administering psychiatric assessments.
* Advanced level of English proficiency.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with all levels of personnel and clientele in a professional manner.
* Excellent organization, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
