Job Title: Packaging Designer (Branding + CPG Focus)

Role Overview: Our client's company is a rapidly growing Creative Design Agency providing services to CPG brands (food and beverage brands).
We are looking for a highly skilled packaging designer who understands not just design, but brand positioning and storytelling through packaging.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked with CPG brands and can translate strategy into beautiful, high-performing packaging.
You should have a strong eye for color, typography, hierarchy, and shelf impact, and be comfortable collaborating with a fast-moving creative team working across multiple brands.
Responsibilities
* Design packaging for consumer brands across food, beverage, wellness, and lifestyle categories
* Translate brand strategy into packaging systems and product lines
* Create label designs, dielines, and packaging layouts
* Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers when needed
* Iterate quickly on packaging concepts and product extensions
* Collaborate with brand strategists, marketers, and creative directors
* Maintain consistency across product families and brand ecosystems
Requirements
* Strong portfolio showcasing packaging design for CPG brands
* Excellent English communication skills
* Strong understanding of brand positioning and visual identity systems
* Ability to design packaging that stands out on shelf and online
* Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma
* Ability to manage feedback and iterate quickly
* Strong attention to detail with print production knowledge
* Experience working with food, beverage, or wellness brands
* Knowledge of packaging structures and materials
* Experience preparing files for print production
