Omni Studio Solutions Developer
Our team seeks a seasoned Omni Studio Solutions Developer to drive the creation of dynamic, customer-centric applications. The successful candidate will leverage OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
* Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to decipher functional requirements and transform them into technical designs.
* Conceive technical specifications and designs for Omni Studio components that harmonize with project objectives and Salesforce best practices.
* Customize and configure the Salesforce platform using declarative tools to satisfy business needs, ensuring solutions are efficient and well-documented.
* Compose clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies as needed.
* Implement integrations with third-party systems using Salesforce APIs and middleware solutions.
* Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the solutions.
* Manage the deployment process using tools like Salesforce DX, change sets, or version control systems, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production environments.
* Create detailed documentation for developed solutions, including design documents, user guides, and maintenance instructions.
* Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions, addressing any issues that arise in a timely manner.
* Monitor and optimize the performance of Omni Studio solutions, ensuring they operate efficiently within Salesforce governor limits.
* Work closely with project managers, other developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
* Engage with clients to gather feedback, understand their evolving needs, and make recommendations for enhancements or new features.
* Share knowledge and best practices with the team, contributing to the collective expertise and professional development of colleagues.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, Omni Studio updates, and industry trends to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
* Ensure that all development work complies with company policies, industry standards, and Salesforce security guidelines.
