High-Fidelity Visualization Specialist
We are seeking an exceptional 3D designer to join our creative team, specializing in high-end visualization, product animation and imagery for marketing-grade applications.
* Develop photorealistic product scenes with advanced image compositing techniques.
* Create professional 3D product animations and showcases.
* Set new standards for modeling, texturing and lighting of products, focusing on visual authenticity.
* Translate design concepts into detailed 3D models and develop final images and video assets.
* Balancing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality visuals.
* Collaborate closely with Graphic Designers and other team members to translate creative concepts into precise visuals.
* Work with varied project briefs, ensure adherence to brand guidelines and adapt to distinct visual approaches required for various brands.
Requirements:
* Mandatory: Expert proficiency in Cinema 4D and Octane Render experience is highly preferred.
* A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in commercial-style 3D visualizations and 3D animation.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluently articulating technical constraints to non-technical team members.
* 4+ years' experience as a 3D designer in graphic/animation studios, advertising agencies or in-house creative departments.
* Proactive interest in emerging technologies and willingness to explore AI-powered tools to optimize workflows.
* Capable of assessing briefs and determining effective execution strategies, balancing technical excellence and efficient turnarounds.
* Educated to degree level in Design or related subjects (e.g., Graphic Design, Product Design, Animation, Motion Design).
* Proficient in modeling, texturing, lighting, composition and materials with a keen focus on visual authenticity and presentation.
* Skilled with Adobe Photoshop and knowledgeable about the broader Adobe Creative Suite.
* Effective planning, prioritisation and problem-solving in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
