Drive business growth across LATAM by managing and growing key accounts, fostering senior-level relationships with brand owners, distributors and CDMOs/contract manufacturers.
• Develop country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business opportunities.
• Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
• Identify market trends and competitor activity to protect share and optimize sales strategies.
• Meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets through accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene.
• Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
• Provide technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams.
• Optimize market presence and promote the sale of nutraceutical ingredients in the LATAM region.
