The ideal candidate will design and implement data validation tests, lead a team of test engineers, and drive quality across API and automation projects in an Agile environment.Key Responsibilities:Design and execute data validation and API tests based on business requirements. Assess risks, prioritize defects, and provide comprehensive data quality evaluations for both existing and new features. Lead and mentor a team of test engineers, establish automation standards, and optimize testing strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance testing and defect remediation processes.Required Skills & Experience:Strong Java programming and end-to-end testing experience3+ years developing automation scripts (TestNG, Java) and API tests (RestAssured)3+ years of performance testing for high-scale backend systemsGood knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, etc.)Functional testing on Native Apps and OTT web platforms is a plus2+ years leading engineers across distributed teamsExperience with Agile methodologies, Jira, and TestRailExcellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with OTT platformsFamiliarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelinesExposure to Agile management tools like Jira
