Technical Recruiter Leader
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Recruiter to lead our world-class recruiting team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
* Build strong pipelines of technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
* Evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.
* Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates quickly.
Requirements:
* 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency setting or high-growth tech environment.
* Proven experience recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles.
* Understanding of technology trends and passion for working with technical professionals.
