Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Front End AI Software Architect to lead the front-end strategy for advanced AI systems, including conversational interfaces and automation dashboards.
The ideal candidate should be fluent in modern React, highly skilled in TypeScript, comfortable working across design systems, and efficient with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and Claude Code.
This is a senior-level role where you will serve as the technical authority for all front-end initiatives across multiple client projects. You will collaborate closely with our AI, automation, and product teams to translate complex agentic and generative AI capabilities into intuitive, reliable, and high-performance user experiences.
* Front End Architecture and Development
* Own the front-end strategy and implementation for AI-powered products and interfaces.
* Build high-quality React applications using TypeScript, modular component architectures, and modern state management patterns.
* Experience with design and Figma.
* Use AI-enhanced development tools to accelerate development, improve quality, and maintain consistency across projects.
* Design reusable component libraries tailored for AI interfaces.
* Ensure UX clarity when surfacing complex AI behavior, including agent states and confidence indicators.
* Coordinate with the backend and AI engineering teams to integrate REST APIs and automation pipelines.
* Lead code reviews, establish front-end standards, and mentor engineers on best practices in AI-driven front-end development.
Ai Interface Development
* Build highly responsive conversational UI components for voice and text-based agents.
* Develop systems to visualize agentic operations and tool usage.
* Implement secure user authentication and permissions for client-facing AI dashboards.
* Work with designers to translate conceptual AI workflows into intuitive user flows.
* Collaborate with the AI engineering team to improve prompt workflows and human override safety controls from the front-end layer.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Serve as the primary owner and technical authority for front-end delivery across all AI engagements.
* Work closely with product managers, designers, AI engineers, and automation specialists to define scope and translate requirements into clear front-end plans.
* Help clients understand interface possibilities and guide them toward effective implementation strategies.
* Ensure that front-end systems meet client needs around reliability, accessibility, and performance.
