Job Description:This highly engaged team supports the Network Infrastructure environment globally ensuring it remains always available, secure, follows standards, is well documented, and fits business needs. They coordinate networks strategic partner activities and tasks. Networks, as a key enabling service, require constant management and development to ensure proper Mars GDO services delivery.ScopeVendor management (in English)Soft Skills – Strong Verbal and Written communication, stakeholder management, Customer Focus, Process OrientedBusiness knowledge: through Site Infrastructure Service Owner role, managing escalations, contact with Account Management & local business projectsNetworking and visibility with Service Desk, Local & Global Infrastructure Team, Account Managers, Digital Team, Core Services & Local business usersIncident Management, Request Management, Change management, Problem Management & Technical troubleshootingTraining & certification (i.e.: ITIL, Cisco – CCNA/CCNE, Palo Alto, Citrix Netscaler/ADC, Azure, IPAM, Infoblox, Aruba, HPE, Meraki, WLC, SDWAN, WAN)Project managementWhat will be your key responsibilities?Support Network Service Roadmap delivery in the three key Network Areas (WAN/LAN, Audio/Video Conferencing, and Security)Translate business requirements into technical and functional solution specificationsDocument solutions developed according to the defined rules in place, allowing for the solution to be supported by IT OPS and VendorsLead and follow-up delivery of mid-size projects and improvement plans.Promote procedures, standards, and rules in place and seek opportunities to improve them in the Network space.
