RSG Brazil is recruiting an experienced Generalist Human Resources Manager to lead all HR activities at our office in João Pessoa, PB (on-site). This is a key role for a strategic yet hands-on professional who is passionate about people, culture, and business results.
About the Role
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations while fostering a strong, inclusive, and people-centered culture. This position plays a critical role in aligning HR initiatives with business goals and ensuring compliance with Brazilian labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
Act as a trusted partner to employees and leadership on HR policies, performance, and employee relations
Lead local recruitment and selection processes, ensuring high-quality hires
Partner with leaders on workforce planning and job descriptions
Support performance management, feedback cycles, and career development initiatives
Oversee payroll and benefits in collaboration with Finance and external vendors
Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws and internal HR policies
Monitor HR metrics, including attendance, vacations, and leaves
Oversee office management activities, vendors, and contracts
Drive engagement, training, team-building, and well-being initiatives
Contribute to global HR projects, adapting them to the local context
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
4+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently and with global teams
Fluency in Portuguese and English
Must already reside in João Pessoa, PB
