This role requires hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, hardware support, and smart hands activities in a corporate environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide desk-side support & PC break/fix servicesTroubleshoot hardware, software, and OS issuesInstall and support desktops, laptops, printers & peripheralsPerform desktop imaging & application installationResolve Outlook and email-related issuesSupport conference room setups and AV equipmentDeliver smart hands support for networking and IT hardwareTroubleshoot network connectivity & cabling issuesWork on incident management, problem management & root cause analysisManage and update tickets via tools like ServiceNow / RemedyTechnical Skills Required:Strong experience in IT infrastructure field support (3–5 years)Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, RDPBasic understanding of LAN/WAN environmentsExperience with routers, switches, firewalls & network devicesFamiliarity with Windows OS / Mac / Linux (preferred)Hands-on experience with printers & peripheral troubleshootingMust-Have SkillsDesktop ImagingApplication Installation & SupportOutlook TroubleshootingPrinter SupportConference Room ManagementTicketing Tools KnowledgeNon-Technical SkillsStrong communication & customer handling skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamProactive, result-oriented mindsetAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesLanguage RequirementBilingual – English & Portuguese (Mandatory)Preferred QualificationsAssociate Degree in Electronics or related fieldCompTIA A+ Certification (preferred)OEM Certifications (Dell, Lenovo, etc.) are a plus
