We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to serve as an Executive Assistant to our Customer Success Senior Manager. This individual will play a critical role in supporting the success of our financial advisor clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive problem-solver who can anticipate needs before they arise. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and optimizing bio pages, coordinating client onboarding, and facilitating seamless client setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize bio pages for new financial advisor clients
- Coordinate with account managers to ensure seamless client setup
- Configure calendar linking systems and GHL account setups
- Ensure every new client has a flawless onboarding experience
- Facilitate & Manage all client offboarding communications with professionalism
- Execute drip message campaigns and implement client-requested changes
- Conduct thorough account audits to identify and resolve messaging errors
- Handle monthly billing follow-ups and renewal communications
Requirements
- 2+ years of executive assistant or client support experience
- Proficiency with CRM systems (GHL experience preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
