We grow through performance-driven marketing and creator-led content. As we expand our presence in Brazil, we're looking for a senior operator who can lead our local team and own influencer marketing for one of the largest creator economies in the world. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a senior Influencer Marketing Manager based in Brazil. You will lead Wowoo's Brazil operations and be the point of accountability for our local team members, while owning the end-to-end influencer program across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube for our consumer apps. Day-to-day you'll source and vet top-tier creators, negotiate rates and usage rights, brief talent on hooks and direct-response angles, manage contracts and payments, and partner with our performance team to turn top-performing UGC into scalable paid creative. You'll also represent Wowoo locally with agencies, talent managers, and platform partners. Success is measured in CAC, ROAS, the quality of creators you bring in, and the strength of the team and partnerships you build in Brazil. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of hands-on influencer or creator marketing experience, with at least part of that in mobile apps or DTC subscription products Proven track record sourcing and managing top-tier Brazilian creators on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese;
native-level fluency expected Strong professional English;
able to represent Wowoowith global stakeholders, partners, and leadership Elite negotiation skills, with a track record of closing favorable rates, usage rights, whitelisting, and exclusivity terms with high-profile talent Deep understanding of Brazilian creator culture, agencies, and the local talent landscape Experience leading or mentoring team members and
