Business Analyst/Testing Position
As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for documenting business requirements by engaging with stakeholders. This involves gathering information to understand the needs and expectations of various departments.
The successful candidate will also analyze and optimize business processes using Salesforce functionalities, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency. Additionally, they will design and configure Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals.
You will be required to prepare technical reports and dashboards by collecting and analyzing business data. This will involve extracting relevant insights from complex data sets and presenting them in a clear and concise manner.
Furthermore, the ideal candidate will test and train end-users on new solutions, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption to existing workflows.
* Knowledge of Salesforce Sales cloud and testing (UAT) is essential for this role.
* Business case writing and Salesforce configuration skills are also highly valued.
