We are looking for our next Training Operations Coordinator to deliver outstanding service.
This role is part of the Operations team and supports NIIT's customer(s) in Frankfurt.
You will be the key contact point for all local stakeholders, coordinating training session delivery.
You will master and oversee all activities within the service.
Responsibilities include analyzing training needs, initiating and managing requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation, organizing training sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability, and ensuring their proper execution.
Additionally, you will calibrate and coordinate with the Indian team for any changes/updates in the training event/program.
Supporting completion of training activities by following up for attendance and invoice if required, and ensuring adherence to the workflow and processes using the CRM tool.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 2 to 4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations.
* Exposure to an international work environment.
* High-level understanding of the training landscape.
* Customer service-oriented posture is a must.
* Team player.
* Ability to communicate clearly and concise thoughts.
* Attention to detail, structured and organized, capable of prioritizing activities.
* Knowledge of Salesforce or any other CRM.
* Knowledge of Cornerstone or any other LMS is an added advantage.
* Fluent in English is a mandatory requirement.
* Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint.
