Enterprise Risk Leader
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Leader to develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework that ensures the organization's strategic objectives are met while managing potential risks.
* The ideal candidate will have expertise in assessing credit, market, liquidity, operational, and technology risks, as well as experience with stress testing, scenario analysis, capital adequacy evaluations, and regulatory-mandated reviews.
* A strong background in preparing, validating, and submitting regulatory disclosures is essential, ensuring accuracy and timely compliance with financial institutions' and virtual asset service providers' (VASPs) requirements.
Maintaining a risk-aware culture through ongoing training, communication, and enhancements to risk methodologies, models, and documentation is crucial for success in this role.
