Key Responsibilities:
* Support global development teams in clarifying project requirements
* Work closely with product owners and subject matter experts to refine user stories and features
* Define integration points with other systems and communicate the effects of possible system changes
* Methodically support the generation of ideas and contribute to agile ceremonies such as planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Additionally, this role requires:
* A bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering or equivalent education
* Fluent English language skills
* Strong understanding of system integration concepts (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, ETL)
* Knowledge of agile methods (e.g., SAFe) is an advantage
Our ideal candidate has experience in requirements engineering, testing, and production support. Strong analytical, holistic, and conceptual thinking, as well as good communication skills, are essential for success in this role.
