Qualifications and Skills
2+ years of hands-on design experience—show us your growth and expertise
Proficiency in Figma and Webflow. You know the ins and outs of these tools like your favourite video game’s cheat codes
Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design—you live and breathe these tools.
A killer design portfolio that shows off your best work.
Working level of English (enough to communicate your ideas clearly, both in writing and speaking).
A bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office & Google Workspace (Word, Power Point, Excel, and their Google equivalents).
Comfortable designing for various media—digital, print, and even big formats.
Eager to dabble with AI in your workflow, and you’re open to new tech that enhances your creativity.
Know your way around social media graphics formatting—you get the vibe.
A knack for creating cohesive designs from brand identity guidelines (without breaking a sweat).
You can whip up mockups for design presentations like a true pro.
Bonus Points
You worship Canva or other online tools like it’s your creative playground.
You’re into AI design tools—we think they’re pretty rad, and you should too!
