 
        
        Strategic Talent Liaison
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Talent Liaison to serve as a key liaison between our clients and talent acquisition teams.
This role requires strong relationship-building skills, operational expertise, and leadership capabilities.
 * Primary point of contact between clients and talent acquisition teams.
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
 * Oversee the performance of recruitment delivery teams, ensuring all service level agreements and key performance indicators are consistently met.
 * Analyze operational data to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
 * Present insights, updates, and reports to internal and external leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
 * Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles.
 * Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms.
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 * Native proficiency in Portuguese, fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).
 * Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and professional presence.
