Project Coordinator - Operations Support

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic Operations Team as a Project Coordinator - Operations Support. This role involves supporting research projects from kick-off through delivery, tracking timelines, costs, and participant engagement.

About the Role

1. The successful candidate will support project coordination, user-experience operations, and research support tasks.
\
2. They will work closely with the Operations Manager, UX researchers, and customers to develop project plans that meet client requirements, timelines, and business goals.
\
3. This position is 100% remote and open to candidates located in the US, Canada, or Brazil.
\
4. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills with great attention to detail and follow-through.
\
5. They will be comfortable working independently in a distributed, rapidly changing environment.
\
6. Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar productivity suites is essential.
\
7. Familiarity with project-management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar software is a plus.
\
8. Experience in developing training materials, SOPs, or help content is also desirable.
\
9. The ability to contribute ideas to improve internal processes and reduce manual effort is highly valued.
