Sales Representative for Biotech and Healthtech Industry
Job Summary:
* We are seeking a sales representative to manage our client relationships in the biotech and healthtech industry.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Sales Management: Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline through proactive outreach and consistent follow-ups. Ensure timely communication with clients to track discussions, manage follow-ups, and prioritize effectively.
2. Sales Presentations: Conduct sales meetings and presentations using company-provided training materials to explain products and services. Effectively communicate the value proposition to engage clients.
3. Communication Skills: Communicate clearly and professionally in English, ensuring strong verbal and written skills, including the ability to present confidently.
4. Industry Knowledge: Leverage knowledge of genetics-related topics to engage effectively with clients. Stay updated on industry trends to provide expert advice.
5. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, handling deals ranging from $100,000 to $2 million. Oversee multiple sales projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills:
* Previous sales experience in genetics, biotech, clinics, labs, or related industries.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Advanced English proficiency.
Preferred Skills:
* Spanish language proficiency for engaging South American and Hispanic clients.
* Experience managing the full sales cycle independently.
Work Schedule:
* Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm PST (with flexible working hours based on client schedules).
