IT Recruiter (Contractor) – Remote | BrazilWe are currently looking for Ssr & Sr IT Recruiters (Contractor) to support hiring initiatives for one of the leading global technology companies. This is a fully remote contractor role. The main focus of this role will be identifying, engaging, and managing candidates for a variety of technology positions while partnering closely with hiring teams to ensure an efficient and high-quality recruitment process.Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technology roles across multiple countries.- Source and engage qualified candidates through, job boards, and professional networks.- Conduct candidate screenings to assess technical background, communication skills, and overall fit.- Coordinate interview processes and maintain clear communication with candidates and stakeholders.- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.- Partner with internal teams to ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience.Requirements- Proven experience recruiting IT and technology profiles.- Solid experience hiring for roles such as Salesforce, Java, Golang, DevOps, Data Science, AI, or similar technical positions.- Strong sourcing skills and experience recruiting across Latin America.- Advanced English (both written and spoken).- Ability to work autonomously in a remote contractor setup and manage multiple processes simultaneously.This is a great opportunity for recruiters who enjoy working in dynamic environments and collaborating with global technology teams to attract top talent across the region.
