Job Description
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of recruitment experience, including IT recruitment. They will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and presenting quality technology candidates to clients. This includes full-cycle recruitment and staffing assignments for contract and permanent placement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and engage potential candidates through various sourcing techniques.
* Conduct in-depth technical evaluations and assessments of technology candidates.
* Partner with recruitment teams to present qualified candidates to clients.
* Develop job descriptions and post jobs on relevant platforms.
* Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities and results.
